How do I track my order?

Once you finalize your order, we will send you a confirmation email as well as shipping confirmation, once your order has been processed and shipped. You will be able to track your order using the tracking number in the shipping confirmation. 

 

What are your delivery options?

Currently, we ship to Germany, Switzerland and Austria. We are working hard to expand this and will communicate as soon as we start shipping to new countries. There are different shipping options you can choose from at check out depending how fast you want the products delivered.  

   

Do you provide international delivery?

Yes, currently we ship to Germany, Switzerland and Austria. 

 

What is your return policy?

You can return any item for free, as long as the product is unused and in the same condition it was shipped in. if you would like to return a product, please contact our customer care team at info@high-tee-golf.com, and we will send you a shipping label for you to return the product.
